Quick Indian potatoes and Roti

This may be my new favorite way to eat fried potatoes, thanks to my friend Shilpa. Very easy and filled with taste. Also had a roti with some Garlic Pickle. Can't wait to get back to the Indian store to get try some other varieties of pickles.

Add cumin seeds to hot oil
Cook potatoes half way
Then add garam masala, red pepper, coriander, and salt

  1. Hmm... looks interesting -- and how could potatoes be bad! Not sure what a roti is... looks something like pita bread maybe?
