Mark & Ashley's

Better than cooking a good meal is getting invited over to a friend's for a good one. Last night my friends Mark & Ashley cooked some great crab cakes and potato pancakes. The pancakes were Julia Child style with cheese and cream. Hard to go wrong with cheese and cream. The corn, black bean and cilantro salsa went great with the crab cakes too.
