Green Chili

Green chili cooked over the fire to smother on burritos for dinner. The leftovers should also be great for breakfast. The key to cooking over the fire is one side coals, one side fire, and several beers. Also pays to have someone else do the majority of the work. Green chili is one of my favorites, and even better over the fire.
