Nordstrom's Bistro
One of my favorite spots in Miami. Sandwich is great, but the real stars here are the bistro fries and aioli. This one is made with calamata olives and lots of roast garlic. Highly recommend the bistro if you find yourself in a Nordstrom anytime soon.
Traditional aioli is made with garlic, olive oil and sometimes some egg yolk. The one at the bistro had roasted garlic, calamata olives, and some mayo.
OK - I need a lesson here.. what is aioli?
